In summary, your actions are:

Do your homework - understand whether there is a Sustainability or ESG strategy and explore what it means for your talent strategy.

Get the basics right - D&I and exec remuneration as a minimum are on the agenda.

Consider the whole talent lifecycle - Org design/structures, recruitment, development, reward - all matter.

Change and leadership are pivotal - to address these issues we need new mental models and mindset. Your leaders will need your help.
